The Diagnostic Imaging Department provides multi-modality imaging services to in-patient, outpatient, and emergency room patients. Diagnostic Imaging services are provided in the main department or portable services are available in all nursing units and areas of specialty (Day Surgery, Operating Room, and Emergency Room). Services provided on a 24-hour-a-day, 7-day a week basis, for all age groups (neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric). Services include:
- General diagnostic radiography
- Computerized axial tomography
- Ultrasonography
Services provided on a 5-day a week, 8:00 a.m. – 4 p.m. basis are as follows:
- Bone densitometry
- Nuclear medicine-on call weekend
- Mammography, including needle localization
Services on a 2-day a week 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. basis are as follows:
- Fluoroscopy
- Mobile MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging)
