While you are a patient at Plateau Medical Center, upon written consent, information about you may be disclosed to your specific clergy.  This information may include your name, location in the hospital, admission date, and room number.  If you wish your clergyman to be contacted on an emergency basis, please check with nurse or the admissions department.
